How do I sign up? How can I purchase a course?

Click on the “Take this course” button. You will be taken to PayPal for payment. You can use a credit card without having to be a PayPal member.  Your currency is automatically converted when you check out using either a credit card or PayPal.

How do I log in to ICCFL ONLINE?

For ICCFL online products: once you have purchased your access, you will be sent information by email for logging in to ICCFL ONLINE portal.

If you do not receive your information please check your spam folder. If no email is received then please contact us for help.

There’s also a log-in link in the navigation menu of the website.

Once you’re logged in you will be taken to your profile page which will show you what courses you are enrolled in with an access link.

What type of internet connection do I need?

To get the most out of the class you need to have a high speed internet connection and newer computer or mobile device that is equipped to stream video off of the internet and in some cases capable of utilizing a flash player.

How long do I have access to ICCFL ONLINE?

Access is generally available for a period of one year. You will have plenty of time to learn and review.

Please note: Some specialty courses are designed to be viewed and completed before live training and will have a specified access time.

If you have an issue accessing a course when you click directly on the Course Title, instead, click on a specific lesson.

What if I lose my password?

No worries, you can request a new one. Login is always guided by your email.
