In this course Jon Graham explores the theory and skills necessary in the application of Legally Assisted Dispute Resolution (LAFDR) to work with separating parents. Largely focused on the work in Australia’s Family Relationship Centres, the course considers a rationale for the use of lawyers in FDR, the strengths of the approach, and the skills and ethics necessary to undertake a legally assisted FDR process. The course is appropriate for FDRPs, FRC managers, and Lawyers.
